1. WHEN DO I PAY?

Multi-Day Tours – Final payment is due at the Fun Country Tours office 30 days prior to departure. A deposit of $300.00 per person is due at the time of the booking.

One Day Tours – Payment is due at time of booking.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Fun Country Tours does not bill you for any of the tours. Please do not wait on an invoice to mail your payment.

2WHAT IF I MUST CANCEL?

Multi-Day Tours- 

  • Cancel at least 21 days prior to departure = Full Refund Issued

  • Cancel between days 14-20 before departure = 80% Refund and 10% Credit Issued.

  • Cancel between days 7-13 before departure = 70% Refund and 10% Credit Issued

  • Cancel within 6 days of departure = 50% Refund issued and 20% Credit Issued


One Day Tours-

  • Cancel at least 21 days prior to departure = Full Refund Issued.

  • Cancel within 21 days = 50% Refund issued + 20% Credit Issued


Ask your reservationist if you have any questions regarding the trip you are taking.
Cancellations must be received by phone during the hours of 8AM-9PM.

All Credits Issued are good for 12 Months from the date of cancelation.

3. WILL FUN COUNTRY TOURS EVER CANCEL A TRIP? Fun Country Tours reserves the right to
cancel any trip if the minimum number of reservations (24) has not been reached by 14 days
prior to travel. Full Refunds will be issued if we cancel a trip.

4. HOW MUCH STUFF CAN I BRING? Each guest is entitled to one large piece of luggage plus a carryon bag on multi-day tours. Extra luggage can be accommodated at a rate of $5.00 per piece per day. CPAP machines walkers and wheelchairs of reasonable dimensions can be taken along free of charge. Please use luggage tags and mark all of your belongings well.
5. WHERE WILL I SIT ON THE COACH? We practice open seating, Guests will be boarded based on when they completed full payment for their trip and you can choose your seats for the trip based on availability when you board. Groups will be boarded together and we reserve the right to board guests at our discretion.

6. WHAT ABOUT AN ITINERARY/SCHEDULE?

  • Multi-Day Tours - A full Itinerary will be provided about two weeks prior to travel.

  • Day Trips- No Itineraries are provided for day trips but a courtesy call will be given at the number you provide about a week prior to travel.

Please Note: FCT reserves the right to change Itineraries at our discretion.

 

7. WHERE DO I BOARD THE BUS? 

ALL Tours unless otherwise noted will officially board for departure at the Fun Country Tours Office located at 745 Lincoln Highway in Gap, PA.

-You may also choose to park and shuttle from  Melard Coach located at 1289 Division Highway in Ephrata, PA.
Please Note:. Additional boarding locations may be offered for certain trips.


8. IS THERE A RESTROOM ON THE BUS? Yes and we make frequent stops usually within 3 hours.

 

9. HOW DO I BOOK A TRIP? 

  • Call Fun Country Tours at (717) 823-2086,

  • Mail the “Fun Book” registration form to Fun Country Tours 5745 L incoln Highway Gap, PA 17527,

  • Reserving through the website funcountrytours.com.

10.HOW DO I PAY?

Most people prefer to mail us a check, however Fun Country Tours will also accept cash as well as Visa, MasterCard and Discover for all tours.

PLEASE NOTE: A 3% Processing Fee applies to Credit Card Purchases.

Send payments to Fun Country Tours, 5745 Lincoln Hwy. Gap, PA 17527. Please make sure your check clearly indicates which tour you are reserving and includes your phone number.
